We securely document credentials and license information required to administer your IT.

Monitoring for hardware and software issues with Covered Computers and Servers.

Endpoint Security
All of our plans include endpoint security as it should always be included in any good security strategy.

Discount Program
Out-of-Scope Services and Project Work are eligible for a Discount on labor.

BASIC UNLIMITED PLAN FEATURES

Unlimited Remote Support
We provide unlimited remote Help Desk support for Covered Users and Devices during Business Hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, excluding holidays). Support is available via phone, email, and the SR Technologies Client Dashboard, with prioritized response for critical issues. 

Unlimited Repair Service
We provide unlimited troubleshooting and software repair services for Covered Devices. This includes diagnostics and resolution of system-level issues. Hardware repair or part replacement is not included and may be quoted separately when needed.


Unlimited Workstation Backup
Covered Workstations are backed up to the cloud with no per-device or per-gigabyte limits. All backup data is encrypted, geo-redundantly stored, and continuously monitored for integrity. Retention is managed according to the service agreement. 

Software Maintenance
We manage updates and patches for operating systems and on-premises software, ensuring timely deployment of critical fixes to maintain stability, security, and compatibility.


Cloud Service Management
We manage your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant, including user accounts, licenses, permissions, and security settings to ensure a secure and streamlined cloud environment.

Automated Remediations
Our automation platform continuously monitors for common issues and applies scripted remediations to Covered Devices. This ensures fast resolution of known problems and helps maintain system performance without requiring user intervention. 


Operating System Patching
We manage and deploy security and stability updates for supported operating systems on Covered Devices, ensuring critical patches are applied in a timely and controlled manner to reduce risk and maintain performance.


Network Monitoring
We continuously monitor critical network infrastructure for availability, performance, and fault conditions, enabling early detection of issues affecting connectivity, uptime, or system reliability.

Compliance Assistance
We assist with completing Cyber Liability Insurance, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA compliance questionnaires. We also support the execution of network vulnerability scans required for insurance or regulatory compliance purposes. 


STANDARD UNLIMITED PLAN FEATURES

Includes all features from the Basic Plan, plus the following:

Unlimited On-Site Service
On-site support is included for Covered Locations during Business Hours. Visits are typically scheduled for next-business-day or sooner, depending on issue severity and technician availability. After-hours visits may be available upon request. 

On-Site Server Maintenance
Covered Servers receive scheduled in-person maintenance once per quarter. A technician will perform physical checks, firmware updates, and other preventative tasks to ensure optimal server health alongside remote monitoring. 

 

On-Site Workstation Maintenance
During quarterly visits, technicians perform basic physical maintenance on Covered Workstations, including dust removal, hardware checks, and visual inspection to help extend equipment life and ensure proper operation.

Advanced Email Security
Covered Users receive licensing for enterprise-level email security through Barracuda or IronScales. This includes protection against spam, phishing attempts, and account takeover threats, with continuous filtering and threat intelligence updates. 

Microsoft/Google Backup
Covered Users benefit from daily automated cloud backups of email, calendar, contacts, OneDrive/Google Drive, and SharePoint/Shared Drives (if applicable). All data is securely stored and monitored to ensure compliance and recoverability. 

Unlimited Server Backup
Covered Devices are backed up to the cloud with no per-device or per-gigabyte limits. All backup data is encrypted, geo-redundantly stored, and continuously monitored for integrity. Retention is managed according to the service agreement. 



FULL-SERVICE UNLIMITED PLAN FEATURES

Includes all features from the Standard Plan, plus the following:

EDR Protection
All Covered Devices are protected with enterprise-grade Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) software. This solution provides real-time protection, threat isolation, and automated remediation for malware, ransomware, spyware, and other advanced threats.

Ransomware Response Guarantee
If a Covered Device protected by our security stack is affected by ransomware, we provide up to 12 hours of emergency response time and recovery services at no additional cost, including isolation, investigation, and data restoration support.

Password Manager for Users
Full-Service clients receive secure, role-based access to our credential management platform, allowing authorized users to store, retrieve, and manage business passwords with encryption, audit logging, and multi-factor authentication.

Executive IT Briefings
Quarterly virtual meetings with your leadership team to review system health, security posture, and IT priorities, ensuring alignment between technology and business goals.

IT Security Policy
We provide a professionally developed IT Security Policy template, tailored to your organization’s operations and regulatory needs. This document supports internal enforcement, vendor management, and compliance documentation.

Disaster Recovery Planning
We assist in developing and maintaining a documented disaster recovery plan tailored to your environment, outlining the steps, resources, and priorities needed to restore critical systems and data in the event of a major disruption.

The features listed above are summaries only. All services are subject to the terms in our Master Services Agreement and supporting documents. Unlimited support covers routine issues during business hours and excludes projects and after-hours work unless stated. Backups include unlimited storage under fair use. Please review your agreement for full details.
