This team is the best! There is no job too big or too small. I had security issues with my macbook, a pinter and sonos speakers that wouldn’t connect to my wifi and SR Tech fixed it all for a very reasonable fee and within 24 hours of my call! I had an issue with my internet system after 8 years of it working in my rustic shop. I tried for 8 hours to get it working myself. Mike from SR Technologies came out and in less then an hour everything was working perfectly.
SR Technologies is trustworthy and capable. They were able to resolve phone issues I was having with my VOIP phones that many had tried and failed at before them. They were extremely efficient as well. I would recommend them with confidence.

Most IT companies that I have interacted with in the Past half portrayed a somewhat like robotic nature, imp personality when working with issues on my devices. Kaela is more of a down to earth organic nature in a very complex field of service. She pretty much speaks your language and it made me feel a lot more comfortable speaking of the subject in computer technologies. SR Technologies is AMAZING! We had a very old laptop that would not turn on anymore and we had tons of memories left on there that we were afraid were gone forever. Lucky for us we found SR Technologies and they were so great! They were able to pull everything off the hard drive and put it on a flash drive for us! Whoo hoo! They saved the day! Now we are able to cherish all the memories from when our first child was born! (Long before the smart phone 🤣) Every member of the staff was very caring and respectful, and also great at communicating with me every step of the way! I will definitely be using them again!
They rescued by system when a RAID array went bad. What would have been a disastrous week without my computer by sending it back to the manufacturer was instead just a couple of days. A real life saver for someone in my industry. Highly recommended!

As a first-time customer, I brought my laptop into SR Technologies after trying every solution possible for my black screen of death. I got a call from them the next day and they told me my computer was still under warranty (I thought it had lapsed) and I could send it to the manufacturer or they’d do it for me, free of charge. I opted for the latter and received an update after they sent it, explaining when I’d likely get it back. Right on schedule, they called me and when I came in, they pointed out what had been repaired and charged me only half of their minimum service fee. I really appreciated their checking my warranty, updating me, and giving me a discount and found the whole staff very friendly. I’ll be back if I have a problem.

Eric and Carlos are very helpful. They answered all my questions and came straight forward as to what kind of expectations from my old computer. I didn’t have to buy a new computer but just replaced the nonfunctional internal drive and happy to use it without freezing now so far. Thanks Guys

Hi I think you did a good job and will recommend U. One thing though U forgot to tell me about the App that went with the router. All is good I downloaded it and everything is working fine.
I want everyone to know how great these folks are at SR Technologies! I had an occasion to ask for their help with a problem of linking a old 8mm vhs camera with my computer. In particular, Erick Ramirez was particularly helpful and solved the problem. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. It’s very refreshing to know you folks are available to help – especially us folks who are technically challenged!
The folks here are honest and helpful. My husband and I have taken our computers here several times. Though we have oldies (but goodies!), they never try to up-sale us a new system, but they offer their fair opinions on longevity and what we’ll gain with newer parts and/or a new computer. Highly recommend.

SR Tech is great – Chris is responsive and explains how to avoid problems before they start. Gives honest feedback about solutions to issues, whether we need an upgrade, what the price points and pros/cons are at each level. Very much recommend!

I haven’t the slightest idea on how to build a computer. And for the longest I thought that I’d be having to scavenge for parts from friends I know.
But here they will help me in quite alot of things I’m going to need in order to finish building in my new computer. Really great people as well when I visited.

They are Excellent, they fixed my laptop very quickly, and when I asked for things like replacing a screen for a tablet they were very honest and helpful.
Chris and his team at SR Technologies have been amazing! They helped up set up a server, purchase new computers, buy the right software and refurbish old computers. Most importantly they were patient with all of our questions. I highly recommend this company.
